Qigong handed down over the past 2000 years is mainly divided into the following categories: Buddhist Qigong, Taoist Qigong and Medical Qigong.
Buddhist Qigong, also called “Zen” Qigong. Master Bodhidharma is the grandmaster, founded around 2000 years ago.
We are specialised in teaching Zen Qigong.
Zen is to see oneself. Look at your heart and nature, put down all the persistence, and then put it down again.
Let go of persistence is not what you do not want, but let go of the heart of the delusion. What do not want to be impossible, only the dead can do. Let go of persistence to break my hold.
Back to the original, back to the heart of our birth. This is the original Buddha-nature in each of us. Realise that nature is to become a Buddha. Buddha is a man of consciousness and affection. Zen Qigong is to discover the Buddha nature in our hearts and reach the realm of Buddha.
Our hearts will be like a thick wall. While we sit still, we hear the outside world's noise, but our hearts are not disturbed.
The heart will be quiet, forget the self, and heaven and earth as one. To the extreme, Nirvana is the time of our enlightenment.
It is also when the maximum energy is produced in the human body. At this time, our hearts, like candlelight, lit up the darkness of a thousand years. Let the heart. The long lights in the light can illuminate the road to the other side of happiness.
The vast energy in the body was released like a large bucket full of water. The iron hoop outside the bucket suddenly broke, the bucket all cracked, the water flowed out, a stream of heat poured down from the top of the head, and the whole body was smooth and comfortable.
When you let go of persistence, a heart without hindrance, the nature of thousands of troubles naturally disappears. The door of wisdom opens. Dharma says there are 84000 kinds of troubles in life, and when these troubles are not, 84000 wisdom will be produced.
Taoist Qigong-Taiji
Found around 1000 years ago by Zhang SanFen. We are specialised in teaching Taiji, remarkably freestyle Taiji. It's easy to learn and very powerful.
The Tai Chi diagram is a model of the Milky Way. Tai Chi believes that Tao is the origin of everything. Heaven and man are one, the sky is the immense universe, and man is the small universe. The operation of the human body must be consistent with the universe. Cultivation will rejuvenate and live forever. Patriarch Zhang Sanfeng is regarded as the first person of Taoism. Taijiquan overcomes rigidity with softness, counterattacks defensively, and attacks in arcs.
Taijiquan, a national intangible cultural heritage, is a kind of internal and external cultivation, soft and slow, formed by taking the concept of Taiji and yin-yang dialectics in Chinese traditional Confucianism and Taoism as the core idea. The integration of various functions such as taking good care of temperament, strengthening the body and fighting and confrontation, combined with the changes of Yin-Yang and the five elements in Yi-ology.
Taoist Qigong-Taiji evolves with the study of meridians and collaterals of traditional Chinese medicine, ancient guidance and tone, and light and flexible Chinese traditional boxing.
Medical Qigong
We are specialised in teaching Wild Goose Qigong. Maser William Yang started to learn Wild goose qigong in China thirty-five years ago.
Wild goose Qigong is an excellent skill system with a long history. It is named after imitating the actions and habits of wild geese. Dayan Qigong is based on Chinese Taoist philosophy and the health preservation concept.
The exercises are arranged according to the changes of yin and yang, the five elements and eight trigrams and the characteristics of meridians and collaterals. Although the skill of wild goose Qigong is advanced, it is simple and easy to practice, easy to get started, and not challenging to study further. It is suitable for both young and old.
There is no prohibition, and it is incredibly safe. It focuses on practising and treating the root causes, stimulates the main meridians and acupoints on the human body, strengthens the function of the whole human body, optimises the nervous and humoral regulation system, and regulates the function of the viscera, balances Yin and Yang, and reconciles Qi and blood.
Wild goose Qigong is one of the best Kung Fu in Chinese Qigong. Yang Meijun (female), a famous contemporary Qigong master, has entirely inherited the skill methods and theories of this school of Qigong.
